A $2,400 program.

Company: All Dog Unleashed
Case Study: Training Consumer Acquisition

For All Dogs Unleashed in Boise, I developed a Meta paid-advertising strategy to reach local dog owners and generate inquiries for its $2,400 board-and-train program. The work connected audience targeting, creative direction and campaign planning, and brought cost per lead down to just under $50.

The opportunity: All Dogs Unleashed wanted to reach more dog owners in the Boise area and generate inquiries for its $2,400 board-and-train program while reducing the cost of those leads.

The owner’s earlier experience with advertising had raised concerns about spend and efficiency. The next approach needed a clear local focus, a way to communicate the value of the service and a meaningful measure of response.

The idea: The creative starting point was the expertise already inside the business. In conversations with the owner, I identified existing educational training videos as a resource for helping prospective clients understand the service, not simply see another promotional offer.

That informed a direction for trust-building creative: bring the training knowledge forward, make the program easier to evaluate and connect that interest with an inquiry.

The work: I developed the Meta paid-advertising strategy around the Boise audience and the board-and-train offer, with lead generation as the response to measure.

I connected that creative direction with practical campaign planning: lead-form options, creative-testing priorities, tracking considerations and spending controls. The approach was designed for repeatable testing, not isolated bursts of promotion.

The result: Cost per lead came down to just under $50 for the $2,400 board-and-train program. The result applies to leads generated, not completed enrollments.

Why it matters: This project connected audience understanding and creative direction with a measurable commercial response. The work was not simply about putting the business in front of more people. It was about making a premium service easier to consider while reducing the cost of generating an inquiry.
